Last year, Food to Power celebrated its 10th birthday as an organization. What began in 2013 as a food rescue operation (originally named Colorado Springs Food Rescue) has evolved into a multi-faceted organization pushing the boundaries and leading the movement for local food justice in our region. This year, we are excited to share our new strategic plan that will guide our work for the next 3 years. As we continue our transition into the Hillside Hub, we are excited to share with you our direction and all the impact we hope to achieve.
