When's the last time you had a rest? Or a fresh pan dulce? It's been awhile? That's alright — it's a busy time and we're all pushed to just keep going.

This workshop is a chance to slow down, have some sweet bread, and explore self-care.

Taught by mental health strategist and sociology professor Chantal Figueroa, this workshop will cover how to make the iconic pan dulce, Conchas, and explore what rest looks like for you.

Bring a yoga mat and some comfy clothes for this one!
