Get involved, get inspired

Volunteer right here in Colorado Springs! Food to Power has a variety of volunteering opportunities from Food Recovery shifts to senior grocery delivery to composting and communications. If you have time or talents to share, we can put them to use.

We now have an option for digital onboarding! This process takes about 20 minutes. Alternately, we host quarterly volunteer onboarding sessions in person. Check out the option that works best for you!

Join us for an onboarding session! Meet the Food to Power team and sign up for opportunities to volunteer.

When: TBA - late summer

Compost

On compost volunteer days, community members learn the value of redirecting and reusing our food waste and gain hands-on practice in the different stages of composting. These days are scheduled based on weather conditions. Tend to the piles and decompose with us.
